Our New Online Portal Is Here!

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience with Lola Saratoga as seamless and enjoyable as possible—and that includes consigning your luxury items with us. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce our brand-new Online Consignment Submission Platform, now live on our website!

Whether you’ve been consigning with us for years or are brand new to the process, this new platform makes it easier than ever to submit items, get quotes, and track your consignments—all in one place.

Here’s What’s New:

1. Start Online
Just head to www.lolasaratoga.com and click the “SELL WITH US” button on our homepage to get started.

2. Create Your Account
If you’re new, you’ll be prompted to create an account using your email. From there, you can upload photos and details for as many items as you'd like to consign.

3. Get a Quick Quote
Once submitted, our team will review your items and get back to you within 1–2 business days with an initial pricing estimate.

4. Drop Off or Ship
If you’re happy with the quote, you’ll have the option to either drop off your items in-store (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM) or request a shipping label to send them to our Saratoga location.

Final pricing will always be confirmed once we see the item in person. The consignment contract will be completed once we verify style and condition.

Dropping Off In-Store?

No problem—our staff can check if you’ve already submitted online or help walk you through the process if you’re just getting started. We’ll still confirm pricing before any contracts are signed, and you can always reach out to us for support along the way.

If you stop by outside of weekday hours, your items will be reviewed the next business day. Prefer not to leave them? You’re welcome to submit online and return during business hours instead!
