E-COMMERCE & LIVE SELLING COORDINATOR

The E-Commerce & Live Selling Coordinator supports the Social Media Manager & Buying Team’s mission to expand online brand presence through the execution of Live Selling on various social media platforms. Primary responsibilities include: assisting Social Media Manager and/or Live Selling Personality during Live Selling Shows, ensuring Live Selling Shows are properly equipped to maximize digital sales, and emphasizing accuracy with inventory and data collection when executing sales from social media platforms. Organization, strong attention to details, flexibility, self-motivation, and a desire to create a memorable luxury shopping experience are key for success in this position. 

Responsibilities

Preparation for live selling shows

  • Ensure live selling space is prepared for show
  • Finalizing product set for each show ahead of schedule
  • Brainstorm applicable themes for each show, depending on current stock, relevant holidays/events, or any current campaigns put forth by the live selling platform(s) 

Assist in executing live sales shows per Social Media Manager’s plan

  • Fulfill background responsibilities during live show as needed by Live Selling Personality
  • Be available for 4+* live selling shows per week, as set forth on predetermined schedule, on combination of TikTok Live and Instagram Live platforms
    *frequency and duration of live shows may vary, but will be scheduled in advance
  • Monitor and moderate comment sections of live shows to answer all questions, direct Live Selling Personality’s attention to buyer requests, and maintain safe and positive audience environment
  • Act as a liaison between Lola Saratoga and TikTok Shop Account Manager

Maximize digital sales

  • Maintain accuracy in data entry related to product listings and customer profiles
  • Address clients’ questions and concerns to ensure they feel confident doing business with Lola Saratoga
  • Demonstrate product knowledge as it relates to sales
  • Take ownership of all digital orders via live sales platforms, including but not limited to: order management, customer profile maintenance, accurate product packaging and delivery, and any related customer service issues

This is a full-time, hybrid position, with an estimated 30 hours in person and 10 hours remote. Some evening and weekend availability is required. Must be available to travel between Saratoga and Albany store locations.
