Be part of the future of retail: join the only live selling team in the area! Are you passionate about luxury fashion, social media, and creating memorable shopping experiences? This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a fast-growing luxury resale brand. Lola Saratoga is seeking an intern to assist our E-Commerce & Live Selling Manager with growing our online presence and driving digital sales through live selling on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
As our E-Commerce & Live Selling Intern, you’ll work closely with our Live Selling Manager and Buying Team to help bring our live selling strategy to life. You’ll learn the ins and outs of e-commerce operations, live selling production, customer engagement, and luxury product merchandising. This is an excellent opportunity to build real-world skills in social media marketing, digital sales, and brand development.
Responsibilities

Ensure live selling space is prepared for show

Assist in creating product set for each show ahead of schedule

Brainstorm applicable themes for each show, depending on current stock, relevant holidays/events, or any current campaigns put forth by the live selling platform(s)

Fulfill background responsibilities during live show as needed by Live Selling Personality and Manager

Be available for 4+* live selling shows per week, as set forth on predetermined schedule
*frequency and duration of live shows may vary, but will be scheduled in advance -
Monitor and moderate comment sections of live shows to answer all questions, direct Live Selling Personality’s attention to buyer requests, and maintain safe and positive audience environment

Accurately assist with digital order fulfillment, from managing customer profiles to packaging and preparing luxury products for shipment.

Assist with customer service issues and follow up with order tracking and processing.

Must be available to travel between Saratoga and Albany store locations.
