General Shipping Guidelines

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your luxury finds—safely, quickly, and with care.

  • Processing: 1-2 Business Days (Mon–Fri)
  • Carriers: UPS and USPS (domestic) and DHL for international
  • Tracking: E‑mailed when your order ships
  • Signature: Required on orders $500 + or upon request
  • Pickup: Free In‑Store Pickup (Saratoga & Stuyvesant Plaza)
  • International: Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility

Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 PM ET are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after the cut‑off, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
  • If an item requires additional authentication review or care (e.g., a high‑value handbag), processing may take an extra business day—we’ll keep you posted.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship from New York using UPS or USPS. Transit times begin after your order has been processed.

Rates & Speed

  • Standard (Ground) Orders $0.00 - $500.00: $5 — 3–7 business days
  • Standard (Ground) Orders $501.00 - $4,999.00: $10 — 3–7 business days
  • Standard (Ground) Orders $5,000.00 - $9,999.00: $25 — 3–7 business days
  • Standard (Ground) Orders $10,000.00 and up: $100 — 3–7 business days
  • Express Orders $0.00-$9,999.00: $40 — 1-2 business days

Insurance & Signature

  • All shipments are insured.
  • Signature is required on orders $500+, shipments to multi‑unit residences, or at our discretion for fraud prevention. If you’d like to add/remove signature, e‑mail lindsey@lolasaratoga.com before your order ships.

P.O. Boxes

  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS (Standard only). Expedited/Next‑Day to P.O. Boxes isn’t available.

In‑Store Pickup (Free)

Skip the wait—pick up at either of our boutique locations. You’ll receive a Ready for Pickup email when your order is set.

  • Saratoga Springs: 372 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, New York 12866.
  • Stuyvesant Plaza: 1475 Western Ave, Albany, New York 12203.

Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation. If someone else is picking up, reply to your confirmation e‑mail to authorize them.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • Handbags and accessories are shipped in protective dust bags or sleeves when available, with padded, recyclable materials.
  • We reuse pristine packaging when possible to reduce waste.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide.

  • Rates & Speed: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Duties/Taxes: Assessed by your country on arrival and paid by the recipient. We cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.
  • Restrictions: Some brands/materials may have import restrictions. If an order can’t ship, we’ll contact you with options.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking e‑mail when your order ships.
  • Tracking may take 24 hours to update after you receive the e‑mail.
  • Didn’t get tracking? Check your spam folder or contact lindsey@lolasaratoga.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors;
  2. Look for a delivery attempt notice;
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Notify us at support@lolasaratoga.com within 3 business days of a delivery issue so we can assist with a claim. Claims require time for carrier investigation.


If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box, shipping label, and item and contact us within 48 hours.

Address Changes & Order Edits

For security, we cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed. We can cancel and help you reorder to your preferred address if the item hasn’t shipped yet.

Requests for signature service changes must be made before shipment.

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no additional cost. You will receive tracking for each package.

Pre‑Owned & Authentication Notes

  • Every pre‑owned item we sell is authenticated by our team through third‑party services  prior to listing.
  • All items will include Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Condition grades and detailed photos are provided on each product page to support informed purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For the most up‑to‑date details, please see our Return Policy. 
  •  Sale items, vintage/pre-owned pieces, fine jewelry, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Holiday & Weather Delays

Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or severe weather. We appreciate your patience and will assist where possible.
